1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup black sesame seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup water
2 tsp sea salt
sprinkle of alg chickpea miso
sprinkle of harissa spice mix (North African chilli mix)
Preheat the oven to 150 ̊C. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, sesame, pumpkin seeds, sun ower seeds and water. Allow seeds
to rest for a few minutes until the mixture thickens. Line a small baking tray with baking paper. Use the back of the spoon to spread and press the seed mixture as thin as possible. Sprinkle harissa spice mix and alg chickpea miso on the seed mixture then bake for 30 minutes. Remove baking tray from the oven and carefully ip the cracker sheet upside down and bake for another 30 minutes. Take it out of the oven and use a knife to cut the cracker sheet into 10-15 pieces. Allow it to cool before consumption. Best served with smoky baba ganoush or hommus.
*These crackers are addictive and also high in dietary fibre. High consumption may cause bloating and discomfort!
